At a time of chronic uncertainty, there is one constant: Nurturing our children by providing them with safe places to learn and grow has never been more important.
That’s why Miles made a major contribution to the 2021 BGC Toronto Kiwanis Club Opportunity Changes Everything capital campaign. The goal is to raise $3 million for facility renovations and upgrades, programs and services, including the Miles and Kelly Nadal Youth Centre.
BGC Toronto Kiwanis recently expanded to include the Cabbagetown Youth Centre and Boxing Club, which has long been a community hub, offering local children of all ages with recreational, social, and skill development. In 2019, the BGC Toronto Kiwanis Club provided 126,200 snacks, employed 128 local youth, awarded 21 scholarships, delivered 299,250 hours of kids’ programs. It brings a whole new level to the concept of “child’s play”.
