Stadium Goods and Sotheby’s recently teamed up for a comprehensive “Ultimate Sneaker Collection” auction, with 100 of the rarest sneakers in the world available for purchase, but it looks like bidding is coming to an end earlier than expected. Canadian entrepreneur and investor Miles Nadal recently purchased 99 of the 100 pairs for an extremely handsome sum of $850,000, leaving behind only what some considered the collection’s centerpiece: an original 1972 Nike Moon Shoe.
